Giorgos Lagos graduated as an Electrical and Computer Engineer, majoring in Information Technology, from the National Technical University of Athens (Greece). His Diploma Thesis was about creating a Smart-Contract-based application, utilizing the ERC-721 token standard, that efficiently acts as a ticketing system operating on a decentralized network. He has a research interest in blockchain technology and how decentralized applications and their positive effects can be used to evolve current traditional systems.
