Kick-off of ExtremeXP
26/01/23
Many interesting discussions and a lot of exciting research topics during the kick-off meeting of the ExtremeXP project. The project focuses on experiment driven and user eXPerience oriented analytics for extremely precise outcomes and decisions. The main extreme data characteristics (like volume, speed, heterogeneity, distribution, diverse quality, etc.) pose many research challenges to the state-of-the-art data-driven analytics and decision-making approaches in critical domains such as crisis management, predictive maintenance, mobility, public safety, and cyber-security.
ExtremeXP is coordinated by Athena Research Center.
Yannis presented our research objectives on developing DLTs and NFT-based data provenance mechanisms for traceability and trustworthiness.
