Semantic Pervasive Systems
15/11/07

IMU researchers published a new paper on using semantics in pervasive systems, which was presented in the 2nd International Conference on Pervasive Systems in the OTM conference, 25-30 Nov 2007 in Portugal.
In the paper we propose an approach for introducing semantics in a semantically-enabled service-oriented pervasive environment. We put special emphasis in data semantics and present the architecture of an OSGi-based architecture, analyse the components of our architecture and discuss implementation issues.
