Paper on e-Gov Quality
15/10/07
IMU researchers published a new journal paper on e-government quality of service. The paper presents a detailed analysis of more than 30 quality approaches concerning public sector services, e-services in general and e-government services. Based on the dimensions measured by each approach the paper classifies them and identifies the basic factors needed for the development of a complete quality model of e-government services.
