KM and the Learning Organisation

IMU co-organised the "Knowledge Management for the Learning Organization" conference in Athens, Greece in 16 and 17 November 2000.
The scope of the conference was to provide useful guidance and information to the experts and the industry as well as to contribute to the awareness of the potential of Knowledge Management (KM) in Greece and Southeastern Europe. The conference focused on the ways, which facilitate the improvement of organisational reality and actual work practices in corporations. The conference had a strong reference to human resource issues, Information & Communication Technologies as well as to organisational structures that can support knowledge management projects is considered crucial in this approach.
