We kicked-off the H2020 SPIRE AquaSPICE project. AquaSPICE aims at materializing circular water use in the European Process Industries, fostering awareness in resource-efficiency and delivering compact solutions for industrial applications.

The AquaSPICE project will develop a cyber-physical-system for real-time monitoring, assessment and optimization of water (re-)use at different interconnected levels. We will be leading the development of the Data Acquisition, Harmonisation and Processing Framework, the Security Assurance Mechanisms, the Virtualization of the Physical System in the digital twin and the development of prescriptive analytics for the detection of water efficiency problems.
