COMPETE: Semantic Competence Management

COMPETE is a project that aims to develop a semantic competence management system and integrate it with a commercial human resource management system.

COMPETE develops ontologies and semantic web technologies for seamlessly managing the competencies of employees, supporting them during their personal competence development and facilitating HR departments in human capital management. The project is co-funded by the Greek General Secretariat for Research and Technology and the software company SingularLogic.
