Konstantina Arnaoutaki graduated from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of Democritus University of Thrace in 2014. Her Diploma Thesis “Remote Control System – an Android app for Smart Homes” was developed on a platform of Arduino microcontroller and a circuit of sensors. From 2014 to 2018, she has worked as a Software Engineer and Business Analyst for Intrasoft International, where she participated and coordinated Enterprise projects in the sector of Telecom CRM. Currently, she works as a researcher and is a Ph.D. candidate in the Information Management Unit of the Institute of Communication and Computer Systems with a focus on Recommender Systems and Personalization. She is currently involved in publishing papers on topics that enhance recommenders within the Mobility as a Service era. Till now she has received Best Paper Award twice in international conferences.
