Dr Dimitris Panagiotou graduated in 2003 from the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens (Greece). He received his PhD diploma in 2011. His Doctoral Thesis was in the area of Semantic Knowledge Management in Software Development (2011). In the past he has worked on the INKASS, NEPOMUK, TEAM and OrganiK EU projects and he has been a presales system engineer for Sun Microsystems (Hellas) S.A. He also worked as a Network Engineer for the Greek School Network (EDUNET). He worked in the ALERT EU project and was a senior research engineer at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of NTUA.
