This session aims to exchange and discuss ideas for future eGovernment research within FP7. The session is motivated by the escalating economic and societal demands in the Public Sector, which increase the expectations from related research. It adopts a multi-disciplinary perspective and aims to bring together people from the ICT, economic and the social sciences world, as well as combine academic and practitioner insights, especially regarding engineering and managing innovative services.
